HVAC Start Up/Trim Installer

The HVAC Trim/Start Up Technician will primarily work with residential HVAC systems, providing critical support in system installation and start-up phases. Reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating within a small team, the technician ensures equipment operates efficiently and safely from installation through calibration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems and trim components according to specifications
• Conduct comprehensive equipment testing to verify functionality
• Troubleshoot operational issues and diagnose system problems
• Calibrate systems to optimize performance and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout installation and start-up
• Manage system start-up procedures to confirm readiness for operation
