Job Description

Requirements: 
Certificate or Diploma in Air conditioning and refrigeration System or equivalent professional qualifications 
Knowledge of service, checking and installation of air conditioning, HVAC units 
Knowledge and hand on of air conditioning systems, 410 A inverter, air cool speed and VRV. VRF systems 
Responsibilities: 
To perform routine maintenance & servicing for building & office HVAC systems. AHU. chillers & cooling towers 
To Diagnose problems and troubleshoot all aircon equipment's 
Replace or repair malfunctioning components such as compressors, motors, fans and thermostats 
Test HVAC systems for functionality, efficiency and safety 
Overseeing external contractor's works /service and monitor their performance
