**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to contribute to our team’s growth by performing retrofitting and renovations on existing HVAC air conditioning and heating systems in multi-family units across the Lower Mainland. The role involves working on sheet metal and potentially some plumbing tasks when required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform retrofitting and renovations on HVAC air conditioning and heating systems in multi-family units.
+ Conduct troubleshooting, installation, and repair of HVAC systems.
+ Handle sheet metal work and assist with plumbing tasks as needed.
+ Work collaboratively with other trades around occupants in various projects from Vancouver to Maple Ridge.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC.
+ Experience in commercial retrofitting.
+ Completion of at least 3rd year of school.
