HVAC Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shall be responsible for PM, operation, repair and installation of all HVAC systems and components on site including, but not limited to, the following:

• Maintain required certifications for refrigerant technicians, where applicable.
• Update and calibrate electronic and pneumatic controls on facility systems.
• Chilled Water System
• Low Temperature Water Systems
• HVAC Systems
• Air-conditioning Units
• Refrigeration
• Interface with Engineering on design and installation of HVAC systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Highschool graduate with NCII related to course - HVAC, DOMRAC
• Ability to trouble shoot, repair, replace HVAC equipment controls and instrumentation
• Read and understand prints, schematics, blueprint drawings associated with operation flows equipment controls, or equipment repairs
