What Youll Do:
Were looking for skilled HVAC Technicians who take pride in their craft and know how to deliver red carpet customer service. This isnt just another service jobits an opportunity to be the go-to pro that homeowners trust.
As a technician, you will:
Deliver exceptional service while offering expert advice on HVAC solutions tailored to each customers needs.

Ensure all equipment installations and repairs meet or exceed Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) codes and local building requirements.

Follow Energy Star installation and maintenance protocols like a seasoned pro.

Educate customers on system care, maintenance, and high-efficiency upgrade options.

Perform full-spectrum inspections on HVAC equipmentgeneral and detailed.

Maintain a clean, well-stocked service vehicle.

Explain the benefits of modern, energy-efficient HVAC systems.
