CORE MISSION 
Maintain seamless climate control across centralized hotel systems and annex window AC units through precision maintenance, rapid response, and energy optimization to uphold 24/7 guest comfort. 
JOB SUMMARY 
Maintains 24/7 operational efficiency of the hotel's chiller plant, cooling tower systems, and window AC units through precision monitoring, preventive maintenance, and rapid response. Ensures optimal guest comfort while achieving energy/water conservation targets and strict compliance with ASHRAE, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
