Job Description

  1. Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of HVAC systems such as split-type, package units, chillers, AHU, FCU, and exhaust systems
  2. Troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and conduct corrective maintenance promptly
  3. Monitor and maintain proper temperature, humidity, and air quality in guest rooms and common areas
  4. Conduct routine checking of motors, compressors, fans, belts, filters, refrigerant levels, and controls
  5. Respond to guest complaints related to air conditioning or ventilation issues in a professional manner
  6. Ensure proper operation of thermostats, controls, and safety devices
  7. Assist in installation and replacement of HVAC equipment when required
  8. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work reports
  9. Follow hotel SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations
  10. Coordinate with Engineering Supervisor and other maintenance staff for efficient operations
