HVAC Technician

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split-type, package units, AHU, FCU, chillers, exhaust and ventilation systems).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Test HVAC systems and adjust controls for proper operation.
• Ensure proper refrigerant handling and leak detection.
• Replace defective parts such as motors, compressors, belts, filters, and sensors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors as needed.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and on-call maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vocational or technical course in HVAC/R, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
