About the Opportunity

Carmichael Engineering Ltd is looking for full-time HVAC Technicians, Journeyperson / 3rd- or 4th-year Apprentice to support its commercial service operations across multiple locations, including Brockville, ON, and Moncton, NB.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering reliable commercial HVAC and refrigeration services across preventative maintenance, planned repairs, and emergency service calls, while supporting long-term customer relationships.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for servicing a portfolio of commercial and industrial facilities, ensuring systems are maintained, repaired, and operated safely, efficiently, and in line with Carmichael’s structured service standards.
