HVAC/MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our Company located in Deer Park NY. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and Public Work HVAC projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates for commercial and Public work contracts

Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents

Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and

materials

Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing

Analyze labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs to ensure accurate proposals
