**Role Purpose**
Electrification projects are large and complex projects with multiple sites across the world and international teams involved. The Lead Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling the Integrated Master Schedule to support predictable and transparent project delivery. The role ensures alignment across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning while integrating closely with Cost Control and Estimation to maintain schedule-cost consistency, performance measurement, and early-warning insights.

+ Develop and implement the planning, scheduling, and performance measurement framework, procedures, and tools (including Primavera P6 and Power BI).
