HWIL Deputy Team Lead

**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced IT&E Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Product Owner and Deputy Team Lead to manage the test and integration of advanced HWIL subsystems. The Deputy Team Lead is responsible for development and integration of real-time, closed-loop systems to characterize system performance. The team is comprised of engineers working across multiple disciplines.
General
• Product Owner and Primary Technical Point-of-Contact (POC) for the design, integration and test of HWIL test capabilities
• Integration of UUT HW and testing in a real-time, closed-loop simulation
• Design, operate, calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain advanced Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) systems, subsystems and components
• Provide engineering leadership and guidance to a large group of HWIL engineers
• Analyze simulation output and troubleshoot system performance deficiencies
• Perform quick-look analysis and data reduction of HWIL simulation output data
