The position involves the full-cycle recruitment process, candidate pipeline building, and requires fluency in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HRBP to identify talent needs
• Build candidate pipelines for roles across Canada
• Engage passive candidates using Canon’s ATS and LinkedIn
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including interviews
• Update ATS promptly to ensure reporting meets deadlines
