Hybrid Client Support Analyst — Regulatory Reporting

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a Support Analyst – Client Support for AxiomSL, based in Mexico City. You will provide expert functional support, investigating and resolving client issues through effective communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in client-facing roles, with an understanding of regulatory reporting. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office.
