Hybrid Executive Pastor Role

Navigate church leadership as a Hybrid Executive Pastor. Oversee both executive functions and pastoral duties for the main campus in this pivotal role.
You will work alongside the Lead Pastor to provide strategic insight, develop ministry leaders, and streamline administrative processes. Engaging directly with congregants, you will ensure they find community and purpose through organized groups and services while managing key areas within the church.

Requirements:
• Extensive church leadership experience
