Willingness to work on flexible schedules to meet project timelines Technical diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Hands-on experience with electrical systems or EV chargers (preferred) Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals Proficiency with hand tools, meters, and diagnostic instruments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel required) Flexibility to work across both field sites and production facility
