Hybrid Insurance Technical Service Role

As an experienced Technical Service Representative, you'll enhance our service team's operations. You'll handle data entry in the Broker Management System, issue certificates of insurance, and manage client communications. Your expertise will ensure prompt claim reporting and policy distribution, vastly improving client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter client account data into the Broker Management System
• Prepare and issue certificates of insurance for clients
• Report claims promptly to enhance service response
• Manage incoming mail and distribute it to CSRs
• Order AutoPlus and MVR reports efficiently
