Hybrid IT & Telecom Service Desk Analyst

Fairygodboss is looking for a Business Service Desk Analyst in Wellington, New Zealand. In this role, you'll support technical and operational aspects of IT and telecommunications services while ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction.

You'll provide Level 1.5/Level 2 support, manage incidents, and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, and be familiar with ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
