Hybrid Recruiter, Shared Services (Finance/Ops)

Korn Ferry is looking for a Recruiter to join their RPO team in Petaling Jaya. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong partnerships with clients and candidates, and implementing effective sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in full cycle recruitment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.
