Job Description
Become a hybrid Technical Account Manager in Ottawa with Ziff Davis. Support enterprise clients and ensure their success through effective technical onboarding and integration.
You will be the critical point of contact for large clients and will improve their overall experience with Kickbox’s verification services. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer success to manage escalations effectively and foster client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead onboarding for new enterprise clients • Serve as a dedicated support liaison • Maintain customer usage logs and credit balances • Generate analytics reports for enterprise clients • Develop joint strategies for account expansion
