Hydraulic Construction Project Engineer

Responsibilities
Define the project scope, schedule, budget, and organizational structure.
Monitor physical and financial progress, updating technical planning and implementing corrective measures in case of deviations.
Manage contractors, suppliers, authorities, and local communities.
Represent the project before the client and manage contractual variations with significant impact.
Facilitate the acquisition of licenses and permits, especially environmental ones.
Ensure an active on-site presence, participating in daily monitoring of activities to guarantee proper technical and operational execution of the project.
Lead the work team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring smooth communication.
Validate technical deliverables and promote compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Report to the Management Committee on project progress and execute its directives.
