Job Description
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any engineering related courses
- With at least 3 years work related experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial extrusion plastic blow molding machine
- strong knowledge of machine mechanics, hydraulic and electrical system
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues
- Schedule Preventive Maintenance to all extrusion plastic blowing machine regularly
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, spare parts usage and machine machine performance data
- Collaborate with the production team to plan and schedule maintenance activities minimize disruption
- Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability and efficiency through modifications or upgrades
- ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with health, safety and environment regulations.
