Hydraulic Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Perform repair, replacement, and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders.
Conduct calibration and verification tests on electronic relief valves and directional valves to ensure functionality and compliance.
Handle nitrogen charging and verification of accumulator airbag bladders to maintain system pressure.
Inspect, repair, and maintain hydraulic hoses, fitting connectors, and oil pipelines to prevent leaks and ensure operational efficiency.
Provide assistance in the general upkeep of hydraulic equipment and other mechanical components.
Participate in preventive maintenance programs to avoid downtime.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs, following ISO documentation protocols.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
With 3 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, operations, or a similar role, with expertise in hydraulic systems.
