Hydraulic Press Engineer

Job Purpose

To provide engineering support for hydraulic press systems, including both preventative and reactive maintenance, while offering additional engineering assistance across the site as required.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in a safe, responsible, and professional manner
• Maintain punctuality and good attendance
• Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance on hydraulic presses
• Respond promptly to reactive breakdowns to minimise downtime
• Demonstrate flexibility to support production requirements
• Manage and maintain critical spares stock
• Improve press reliability through continuous improvement projects
• Service and monitor hydraulic systems
• Provide general engineering support across the site as required
