Responsibilities

• Apply principles and professional knowledge and judgment to plan and implement projects of reasonable complexity, with guidance provided by more experienced staff.
• Produce conceptual and detailed designs, reports, proposals and specifications to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.
• Coordinate a small number of staff by assigning work, directing outcomes, and verifying work of other technical staff with advice from experienced specialists.
