Hygiene Manager - Meat Traders

Minimum requirements

• Bachelors degree or relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Food Safety Certification(s) such as ISO9001, ISO18000, ISO22000, HACCP and Hygiene Practices (essential).

• Minimum 35 years experience in a wholesale and/or retail environment, preferably in meat or food processing.
• At least 2 years managerial experience in a similar hygiene, quality or food safety role.
• Experience in internal auditing.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Abaserve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English (essential); isiXhosa proficiency advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.
• Highly organised, able to work under pressure with excellent time management.
