Hygiene Officer

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Conducts regular spot-checks and surprise audits in all food handling, preparation and storage areas through thorough inspection to ensure compliance with Okada Manila Food Safety Management System, National and Municipal Sanitation Code and International Food Safety Standards like GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, etc.
• Drafts incident reports to non-compliances when necessary based on the approved Hygiene Violation Matrix.
• Conducts hygiene vendor audits and reviews all necessary applicable requirements and coordinates with all concerned business units on the schedules and verify compliance of the suppliers to the minimum requirements of Food Safety Standards set by Okada Manila to avoid any food safety-related incidents; generates vendor audit report and sends it to
