Registered Dental Hygienist in Dayton OH

A fast-growing, doctor-led dental group is looking for a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a thriving practice in Dayton, OH. This is a full-time position (Monday–Thursday, with optional Friday) and one day per week includes an assistant to help you stay efficient and focused on patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional hygiene care (prophys, SRP, sealants, fluoride)
• Take digital x-rays and assist with diagnosing and treatment planning
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive dental team

What We're Looking For:

• Active Ohio Dental Hygiene license
• Dependable, team-oriented professional
• Strong communication and patient care skills
