i4ware Software Ltd – Seeking Shareholders and a Coding Application Architect (5%)

i4ware Software is a Finnish software company (Business ID -6) providing software development, AI solutions, and services based on the Atlassian partnership ecosystem. The company has a long track record in international software development and is known for its collaboration with Siemens Polarion AG, Atlassian, and several Finnish companies.

The business has operated as a sole proprietorship, but we are currently transitioning into a limited liability company (Ltd / Oy). At the same time, we are building a clear and transparent ownership structure and preparing for VC and angel investments, with the goal of gaining visibility and connections at Slush.

Target Ownership Structure

Matti Kiviharju: 95% (majority shareholder)

Coding Application Architect: 5% (equity in exchange for contribution)

The structure allows for additional 5% equity rounds to be sold to VC and/or angel investors to fund growth
