Job Description

Resolve automation issues during production
Overview
Incident response involves promptly identifying, analyzing, resolving, and documenting issues and system disruptions to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime, which includes taking part in standby/on-call duty during non-business hours.
Standby duty will be one full week including weekends every 5 weeks, including nights and weekends, which will of course be fairly compensated. Almost all issues that come up during the standby ours can be resolved remotely.
Detailed tasks
Analyze, respond to, document and close incident tickets managed by the plant maintenance platform (SAP-PM)
Perform root-cause analyses and implementing appropriate corrective/preventative actions to prevent incident recurrence and minimize downtime.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to the incident and problem management processes.
