IAM Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-focused IAM Administrator to own end-to-end access management for locally managed applications within The Group. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a seamless identity and access experience across the organization.
You will manage the full IAM lifecycle-user provisioning, access changes, deprovisioning, privileged access, and periodic recertification-while acting as the single point of contact for all IAM-related matters in the group. Working closely with IT, HR, Compliance, and external GIS stakeholders, you will ensure access is granted securely, reviewed regularly, and fully audit-ready in line with internal IAM standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operational excellence, documentation, and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to influence IAM processes, strengthen security posture, and support audits with confidence.
