IAM Business and Process Optimization Lead

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (In office once a week on Tuesday and one Friday per month)

Pay Rate: $72.39/hr - $85.44/hr

Contract Length: 6 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities

• Liaison between business and technology.
• Knowledge of the impacted business processes.
• Knowledge of the systems/applications in use and proposed.
• Knowledge of the data – where it is stored and used, how it flows through the processes and systems.
• Ability to assess implications of changes and identify what process is impacted.
• What requirements are needed to support the processes/what work streams are impacted.
• Work with workstream leads to enable them to create the user stories.
• Participate in Stakeholder Reviews—what should be reviewed.
• Provide recommendations for approvals, decisions, etc., to the IAM leader.
