IAM - OIG Manager

We're looking for an Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) IAM Manager to help our client take ownership of complex identity governance implementations, covering application onboarding, integrations, and customization across large enterprise environments.

About the Role

• Lead and execute end-to-end OIG implementations with a strong emphasis on hands‑on configuration, customization, and integration for complex enterprise environments.
• Drive application onboarding projects for a variety of systems (e.g., HR, ERP, CRM, custom apps), covering both out‑of‑the‑box and custom connectors.

These include:

• Analysis of application requirements and mapping to OIG connectors.
• Development of custom connectors and adapters where standard options do not suffice, including ICF based framework.
