IBG Marketing and Communications Manager

Job Purpose:

Prepare marketing campaigns for the International Banking Group (IBG) segment, to drive awareness of capabilities and support direct to customer conversations, to increase SOW and new contacts within target client groups.

Responsibilities:

Manage a marketing plan and workflow of activities aligned to the wider IBG / CIBG plans and with Brand plans.

Manage the Customer/Industry/Thought Leadership Events for IBG locations & product teams.

Manage external sponsorships. Draft and/or edit content for all marketing channels, owned or paid.

Engage with CX team to support all customer centricity initiatives. Design, develop and implement a social media strategy for product marketing teams.

Managing IBG digital touchpoints, and marketing assets (creation & updating content).
