Job Title: IBM iSeries (AS400) L3 Support Engineer – Infrastructure & Hardware
Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
IBM iSeries (AS400) L3 Support Engineer
with strong expertise in
system administration, hardware support, and enterprise infrastructure
. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and stability of IBM i (AS400) environments, including server hardware, storage, and system operations for mission-critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  Level 3 support
  for IBM iSeries (AS400) systems, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes
• Manage and support
  IBM Power Systems hardware
  (HMC, servers, storage, tape libraries, I/O devices)
• Perform
  system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Handle
  system upgrades, PTFs, OS upgrades, and firmware updates
• Troubleshoot
  hardware failures
