IC Test Leader

Overview

Our French based client is now searching for an IC Test Leader to lead the digital & mixed-signal test department. The role will involve leading a small team of engineers to help to develop industrial test solutions for complex digital and mixed-signal ICs across sectors like automotive, consumer, and defence, using V93K ATE systems in Toulouse.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer RFQs and define technical solutions


• Specify test hardware (loadboards, probe cards)


• Develop and qualify test programs for characterisation and production


• Manage projects in close collaboration with customers


• Build team expertise on V93K (SMT7/SMT8) platforms


• Support production when needed


• Contribute to ATE strategy and roadmap


• Lead, mentor, and grow the team
