Goal

Own configuration, customization, and production support of Majesco ICD/ICM Billing to deliver stable, performant P&C insurance solutions.

Scope

• Own Majesco ICD/ICM Billing configuration, customization, build, and test across UAT and Production
• Collaborate with Product Owner, business users, and Solution Architect to groom backlog and resolve production issues
• Design and maintain object models, mappings, workflows, and rules using Majesco tools
• Implement and validate rules using the Majesco Rules Engine aligned to billing logic
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support
• Execute database scripting and data verification for billing accuracy
