• Ensures functionalities of all machines, controls and operational systems of the plant corollary in the production of ice. Coordinates with the Repairs and Maintenance Group all the repairs requirements of the plant and its equipment and machineries for timely repairs.

• Attends to the adopted production scheduling by observing harvest time and temperature strictly adhering to the harvest template as provided to each plant.

• Monitors strictly operational parameters such as ammonia level, fuel level, salinity, water and others and logs in form provided for submission to the office.

• Reports to the production head operational requirements such as refill of ammonia, reinforcement of salt in the dip tank and others.

• Supervises brine men harvest procedures in accordance to standard.
