**Job Description:**



**Intercompany RTR Specialist** is responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions between **3M entities with advanced complexity** . This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of intercompany accounting records in compliance with internal policies (e.g., GFS) and accounting standards. ICO RTR senior analyst collaborates closely with internal teams across multiple geographies to support month-end close, reporting, reconciliation, and audit processes. He/she will also be part of the Global ICO RTR COE based in the Philippines.
