Partnering with Area 9, we’re seeking a proactive ICT Business Partner to provide hands-on operational support across multiple locations and help drive our strategic objectives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A practical, relationship-focused ICT role where you will:

• Deliver frontline ICT support across sites
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software
• Support printers, routers and communication devices
• Troubleshoot and repair ICT equipment
• Provide responsive help desk support (phone & email)
• Work closely with Area 9 to ensure seamless service delivery
