Job Responsibilities

1.     ICT Support for Teaching & Learning (T&L)

• Assist the Senior/Executive (ICT) in providing 1st-level technical support for staff and students in classrooms and learning spaces.
• Support teachers in the setup and smooth running of ICT-enabled lessons (e.g. connecting projectors, visualisers or devices).
• Help maintain and update classroom and mobile ICT equipment such as laptops, iPads, smart devices, printers and charging carts.
• Support staff in the use of school platforms (e.g. Student Learning Space and internal systems).

2.     Management of ICT Inventory & provision of ICT support for Teaching and Learning (T&L)

• Assist in maintaining the ICT inventory system to track all devices and peripherals.
• Support the setup of new devices and accounts for staff onboarding and offboarding.
