What you'll be doing

1. Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
2. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
3. Respond promptly to user inquiries and work to resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
4. Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions
5. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security measures, backup procedures, and system updates
