ICT Infrastructure Administrator
PURPOSE:
Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure Manager, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring design, implementation and management of on-premise and cloud systems and building & maintaining ICT infrastructure for CIC Group. The role shall be involved in creating and managing scalable compute resources, overseeing data storage, cost optimization, providing support, and troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration of AD/DNS/DHCP, Office suite, servers and virtualized environment to ensure efficiency including server and compute resources allocation, management and patching
