Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (required).
• Postgraduate qualification in Infrastructure Management, Cloud Architecture, or related discipline (preferred).

Relevant professional certifications such as:

• ITIL v4 (Intermediate/Managing Professional)
• COBIT 2019
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect
• VMware VCP

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ICT operations and infrastructure management.
• At least 3–5 years in a management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing hybrid environments (Cloud and On-Premises), networks, storage, and security platforms.
• Experience in vendor and contract management in compliance with PFMA requirements.
