ICT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, propose and organize the computerization of Club’s operation.
• Implement appropriate system to enhance service to members.
• Provide system support to end users (back office and operations).
• Provide reports, statistical data, ad hoc reporting to management as and when required.
• Provide IT training as and when required.
• Security: Member’s databases are secured, backup and stored on/off site.
• Policies on computer, internet, email usage, etc.
• Proper Maintenance of Computer System & peripherals.
• Ensure minimal systems disruption and downtime.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT security.
