ICT Service Lead

12 Month Contract | Melbourne | Onsite

We are seeking an experienced ICT Service Lead to provide operational leadership and technical oversight across a multi-site technology environment.

This role will suit a hands-on infrastructure leader who can balance day-to-day ICT operations with governance, security, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ICT operations and service delivery across multiple locations
• Support infrastructure upgrades, system updates and cloud initiatives
• Lead incident management, including high-priority outages and security events
• Manage ICT vendors and technology partners
• Review and maintain network architecture and security protocols
• Drive continuous improvement across systems and platforms
• Lead disaster recovery activities and operational reporting
