ICT Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced ICT Service Lead to provide operational leadership and technical oversight across a multi-site technology environment.

This role will suit a hands-on infrastructure leader who can balance day-to-day ICT operations with governance, security, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee ICT operations and service delivery across multiple locations

Support infrastructure upgrades, system updates and cloud initiatives

Lead incident management, including high-priority outages and security events

Manage ICT vendors and technology partners

Review and maintain network architecture and security protocols

Drive continuous improvement across systems and platforms

Lead disaster recovery activities and operational reporting
