Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

• Acts as the first point of contact for Engineer and Team Leader about technical issues, delivering timely and effective solutions to maintain productivity and system reliability
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of critical function specific components or activities.
• Lead the analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues related to network, server, and application infrastructure.
• Create or modify support operations processes as needed, with objectives clearly defined and aligned with international standards.
• Respond to, manage, and recover from any end-user complaints or escalations by leveraging expert resources to resolve issues.
