As a ICT Support Engineer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support for Automaate’s automation, robotics, and digital systems. This includes installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support for hardware, software, networks, and integrated digital platforms.
• Provide Level 1–3 technical support for Automaate devices, automation platforms, software applications, and IoT systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues in customer environments.
• Monitor system performance and respond to service requests, incidents, and escalations in a timely manner.
