ICT Support & Test Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ICT Support and Test Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering technical ICT support while conducting structured system and application testing to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Level 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
2. Diagnose and resolve system faults, user issues, and performance problems
3. Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment and operating systems
4. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
5. Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
6. Identify, record, and track system defects and coordinate issue resolution
